Two horses from our own breeding advance to the finals of the Horsefood Dressage Talent 2023!
Last Saturday, Jos Hogendoorn presented Nancy Reagan DVB in Berkel Enschot during the Horsefood Dressage Talent competition.
Nancy, the 5-year-old daughter of Sezuan out of Jacky Kennedy DVB, showed beautifully! The willing mare has 3 very good gaits and she clearly showed that in the ring. Due to her inexperience, Nancy was still a bit watchable, which was logically reflected in the score. The judges gave this duo a great score of 78.2%!
Sunday it was the turn of Jos and Obama (Totilas X Ampere) and was rated “Very Good”! The 4-year-old Obama stood out to the judges because he “walked very nicely through the body” and “has three very good gaits.” They achieved a super score of 84.8% with only 8+ on the score list! A nice place in the top 5!
Both horses are through to the finals on Sunday, March 26! Very proud of our breeding products and of course of Jos by the fine presentation of Nancy Reagan DVB and Obama DVB!
